Webcams

You can check on your little Pawtners from home, smart phone or tablet.  It's easy!  Simply follow the instructions below to install and configure the application/app and enter the User ID and password you received from us.  Sneak-a-peek watching the Ranch's little Pawtners play, lounge, and socialize.

For all your apps/applications follow these instructions to connect with our webcams.  Please follow the instructions below.  If you have any issues, give us a call at 913-250-0808.

 

iPhone/iPad go to the App Store on your device find and install Revo Mobile or click here. You do not need the HD version.

  • Click on the plus sign ( + ) to add a site

  • Enter the following information in the appropriate field:
    NAME:  ROVERWOOD
    ADDRESS:  roverwood
    USE DVRNS:  ON/ENABLE
    DVRNS Name: Roverwood

 

For Android devices go to the Play Store on your device find and install Revo Mobile or click here.  You do not need the HD version.

  • Click the menu button and select “New Site”

  • Enter the following information in the appropriate field:

NAME:  ROVERWOOD

ADDRESS:  roverwood

USE DVRNS:  ON/ENABLE

DVRNS Name: Roverwood

For your computer, Windows or Apple, download the application from the Revo website for your operating system by clicking here. The Revo site has very detailed instructions for setting up a new site using the below information. Once the camera groups come up, select <no name> in the lower left corner and drag it over to the Camera 1 field.

Please call us for the User ID and password, if you don't already have it.

 

Troubleshooting:

I don't see my pup on camera!  Where are the little Pawtners from 11 am to 1 pm?  Here at the Ranch we offer "nap time" from 11 am-1 pm for our day play guests. Playing can take a lot out of our little Pawtners and taking a mid-day break is good for their overall well-being. Dinner time for boarding dogs starts at 4 p.m. and their daycare day has ended. Those attending day care only will still be visible under pick up.

I can't get this to work! Make sure you have turned on the "Use DVRNS" option and that everything is spelled correctly.

 

I still can't get this to work! Make sure you have downloading the correct app from Revo. Do NOT use the HD version, it tends to have problems. If you still experience issues, please give us a call at 913-250-0808 and we will do our best to answer your questions.

Note that the app will use data so remember to close it when you finish watching.
