At Roverwood Ranch, we know that being away from your furry friend can be tough. Our high-definition webcams offer peace of mind, giving you a front-row seat to your dog’s vacation. Whether they are romping in daycare or snuggling in their boarding suite, you’re just a click away from seeing that happy tail wag.
How It Works
- Download the Revo Ultra app from your app store.
- Once downloaded, send us an email at info@roverwoodranch.com. We will send you the user id and password.
- Enjoy live streaming from any device
Troubleshooting
I don't see my pup on camera! Where are the little Pawtners from 11 am to 1 pm?
Here at the Ranch we offer "nap time" from 11 am-1 pm for our day play guests. Playing can take a lot out of our little Pawtners and taking a mid-day break is good for their overall well-being. Dinner time for boarding dogs starts at 4 p.m. and their daycare day has ended. Those attending day care only will still be visible under pick up.
I can't get this to work!
Make sure your operating system is up-to-date and the correct Revo Ultra app is installed. Please delete all other Revo apps previously used for accessing our cameras.
I still can't get this to work! If you still experience issues, please give us a call at 913-250-0808 and we will do our best to answer your questions. Or, bring your device in to the Ranch and we'll take a look.
